These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShadowGrid ("Service"), operated by ShadowGrid Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ShadowGrid is a web-based tool that reads publicly visible business information from Google Maps and exports it as a spreadsheet. Access requires a paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use ShadowGrid. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or login credentials with any other person.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use ShadowGrid only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to collect data for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes.
• Resell or redistribute raw data exports as a standalone data product.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the ShadowGrid platform itself.
• Violate Google's Terms of Service in ways that would expose us to liability.

The data ShadowGrid collects is publicly visible information. You are responsible for using it in compliance with applicable laws including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and local equivalents.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Google Maps may change its interface at any time, which can temporarily affect scraping functionality. We will work to restore functionality promptly but cannot guarantee specific uptime SLAs on the Starter plan.

7. Intellectual property

ShadowGrid and its underlying software are owned by us. You retain ownership of the lead data you export. We do not claim any rights over your exported data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing support@shadowgrid.pro.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that lead data is complete, accurate, or up to date — it reflects what is publicly listed on Google Maps at the time of scraping.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of ShadowGrid is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Latvia.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
