Try ShadowGrid free for 7 days. Run your first search, see real leads for your niche and city. If you don't see the value within your first 500 leads, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

We're confident in what ShadowGrid can do. This policy gives you a real runway to test it — not a formality that exists just to protect us.

500 leads is enough to run a real search for your niche and city, see exactly what ShadowGrid delivers, and decide if it's right for your workflow. We're not hiding behind a "no refunds once you click start" clause — we're giving you a genuine window to prove the value. If it's not working for you at that point, we don't want your money.

How to request a refund

Not happy? Email us at support@shadowgrid.pro within 7 days of purchase. Include the email address you signed up with. We'll verify your lead count and process your refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method. No hoops, no hassle.

Exceptions

We handle edge cases with common sense. If there was a technical failure on our end that prevented you from using the service at all, reach out and we'll make it right — even outside the standard window.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the billing period, then access is removed. We do not charge you again after cancellation.
