ShadowGrid ("we", "us", "our") is operated by ShadowGrid Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. By using ShadowGrid you agree to this policy.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your account data is stored in a SQLite database hosted on Railway's infrastructure in the United States. Passwords are stored as SHA-256 hashes — never in plain text. Stripe stores payment information on their PCI-compliant servers.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie expires after 30 days of inactivity. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days. Contact support@shadowgrid.pro to request deletion.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@shadowgrid.pro and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

ShadowGrid is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
